Mimo Factory is a content strategy platform that provides brand diagnosis, content direction, and monthly content system building for businesses. The free Brand Diagnosis is available to all users without registration.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form on the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on Mimo Factory — including the diagnostic framework, scoring methodology, and content outputs — are owned by AKM Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mimo Factory provides its Brand Diagnosis as an analytical tool. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from following our recommendations. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKM Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
AKM Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
